ughhhh I'm ...I should be fine, but I'm feeling kinda low.
honestly, i'm better than yesterday, but I'm feeling kinda body conscious
hate that I've gained weight.

I've been keeping a food journal. maybe it helps keep me on track somewhat
but I'm craving just having another bowl of cereal (my comfort food).
I'll try to eat the soup again though. I'm just tired.

Good news. I spoke with one of my nephews on video chat and with my "favorite cousin" over text.
This made the day nice. They're so precious <3
I will probably mention them on and off, hence the favorite cousin nickname. She is kinda my favorite though and everyone is fine with that.
She's special.

that sounds so nice.

i'm down. I think i'm retaining water from the meds is why i'm gaining weight.
I'm also a bit constipated. ughh! hate this!

GeeLuv 12-14-2021 12:55 AM

looked up water retention. nahh, don't think it's that. it's fat
but i am a bit constipated, or irregular rather.

mymorgy 12-14-2021 04:29 AM

so many mediations cause constipation-the pits. my internist told me to have magnesium citrate liquid. the cheapest place to buy it is at walgreen's online. I never had a constipation before I was on meds. now it is chronic.
Isn't cranberry juice a natural diuretic?
try maalox. my internist recommended it. i just started using it and it appears to help with gas and constipation.
fondly,
bobby

Prune juice and prunes will help also. I hate both but they do.

I'm new to this or any other forums, so please excuse me if my reply isn't helpful. I was diagnosed Bipolar 1 with G.A 33 years ago. I've beed inpatient at least 15 times from 5 days to a month each time. I've been prescribed the following antipsycholics : Haldol,Abilify,Latuda,Seroquel,Zyprexa,Geodon, and Risperdal. I've been prescribed the following antidepressants : Celexa,Luvox,Zoloft,Effexor,Amitryptaline,Trazodon e,Wellbutrin, and Buspar. Besides the manic/depressiv this will help you and e problems, I have had severe anxiety attacks that required E.R treatment, so I have been prescribed Klonapin and then Ativan. Allof these prescription combinTIONS HAVE USUALLY HELPED, BUT THE NEVER GAVE ME LASTING RESULTS ! I have had almost as many years of one on one therapthy with licensed master social workers, and off and on group therapy. The main thing is to HANG IN THERE ! I'm retired on disability at age 64. I try to eat right, exercise, and keep ENGAGED MENTALLY. That is why I joined this forum. I hope this will help you AND I. I wish you the best of luck in your Bipolar "journey". I hope I haven't bored you or made things worse.
