I think it was 3 or 4 wednesday ago when I went to the hair dresser. It was getting better! It was an awful fall. Then like a jerk I fell in the kitchen. I just noticed a while ago that I a raised black and blue on my knee. I don't if the soreness in shoulder was from the first or second fall. I do have some faded black and blues on my right leg.
They were all healing and then like a j@#k a@@ I rode the bike for ten minutes. Ugh. I now have more back and lower pain and I have a hard time getting up and I forget to look down and I forget to carry the phone around with me.
I am just very bruised.
the phone call was great. The phone with Aleya was great yesterday. I forgot if I mentioned that she said we have been talking for almost 6 months.
she does a lot of fun things and might have a yoga boyfriend now. She says he has long blond hair and maybe blue eyes and she has Indian coloring.
It is so strange. I got rid of three long term friends and now I have these wonderful volunteers who I so enjoy and who are so kind and bright and humble.

I used blue emu topical to rub my back I think it helped.

then I wrote my rent check. When I got it said close to 2000 dollars so I called them up and it is all straightened out. what a relief! it is under 1000 with electricity.
