just spoke to my nutritionist. i didn't know how helpful exercise is for diabetes. I was really bipolar when I was talking to her. she will call me next week. she said halo or skinny cow is fine but no regular ice cream.

just heard from Dorot and Aaron said he would like to talk with me til december. that made me so happy. I thought he was getting bored with me.
Also I am going to speak for 15 minutes a week with a social worker intern just to chat. She has an adorable cat named Harvey black and white. I sent her pictures of Abby and pudge

every time I get really happy then I get severely depressed. It is awful. I think I am afraid of getting happy. I had therapy today and I spent a lot of time entertaining him. He is religious. I guess I am perverse.
I don't know why but I swear a lot with him. We talked a lot about my nephews. I signed up to do calls for Biden but now I am really afraid.
