I will follow what you said. I don't feel old.I think the step going up to the hair dresser was the main reason I fell on my guess legs and buttocks. I am going to see if I can get another helper for the end of the week. I can't clean.
Now I am really afraid. My shoulder is finally feeling better. The pain in my lower back is feeling better.

all I seem to be doing the pass two or three days is sleeping. my tiredness is making walking much harder. I have been leaning on walls. At least now I don't have to get worried about getting out of the chair. thanks so much!

I would see if you would qualify for some one to come help you take
some one to help with your bath and things.

This is something that they should be able to do with the need for
your legs and things.

I think I will call my case worker on Tuesday and see if I can get extra help on thursday or friday. I hold and lean onto the walls a lot, especially when I am getting in and out of the bath. Strangely I am not depressed. I yelled at abby today the first time in her life. I was working hard on papers and I don't have much control over my right hand and some difficulty with left one. She walked on the scanner and was messing up the papers I had worked so hard to arrange. so far the ibs hasn't come back. I am still not taking that new drug but won't tell the doctor in case I change my mind. If the IBS comes back, I will go right back on it. I am not as constipated. I do take suppositories.
You can't believe how athletic I was! It is a joke. I wonder what I am supposed to learn from this. I already had walking and balance problems from the stroke.

do you have grab bars in the bath/shower stall? they would help you get in and out of the tub safely.

I was horrified when I saw the picture of my youngest nephew who is as big as a whale. I wrote him that I was probably the only one in the family to be honest with him and tell him to go to a diet doctor. I asked if if he wanted to see his children grow up and to see their children. I said it was pathological. I said that I really loved him. The oldest is fat but not like Alex. The middle one is okay.
miles,alex's youngest is chubby even though he plays a lot of sports and is very good at them. their grandfather is very fat but no where near alex.

got a great response from my nephew. He says his family tells him all the time what I told him. He is trying to help himself. I told him he had a very hard childhood with two highly competitive older brothers. The oldest is definitely a self made millionaire but of course with a fantastic education Harvard and the middle one might be a billionaire with great education, Harvard and Harvard MBA. My mother infantilized Alec and thought he was retarded. I used to tell her no but he had those two brothers and was sensitive, He is now doing quite well as a financial analysis and sometimes appears on tv or in printed financial news.
