don't know why i am depressed. none of my meals came today and i just ate junk.

i am wondering if I should buy a futon for my lower back.

I would definitively do research before buying a futon. I have to sit on a blanket folded up to elevate my hips and I use a pillow because mine is built for a tall person.

somebody from my brokerage called me late friday afternoon and said he looked at my account and said I would lose a lot of money. He really got me upset. I think I know what I am doing and only limiting myself to a certain amount of money. I have been trying to figure out what to say to him when he calls back.

I just bought a five position futon that I will get in about a wek. I hope it helps my back.
I went over my stocks and was happy with them. Some are precious metals but billionaire I read recently are buying gold.also insider buying. A couple are electric vehicles that I think should do well. I looked up sources of information about them in different sources. F@#k him.

I would only do business or take calls from the person you trust at the
agency. I'd be worried that someone else is trying to take over your account
to try and take your money.

I would not listen to anyone telling you things. Unless its someone
you really trust.
