you are really getting things done. great.
as you suggested i looked up some grief forums but they didn't suit. i also looked up some scapegoating ones. you are so right a lot of my depression and pain are from events and not bipolar.one of my psychiatrists said if i had a different family my bipolar wouldn't have been so bad.
