what a mess. i tipped over a cup which i am going to throw out.my telephone got wet and now both telephones are giving a busy signal.

they are working now. i ordered a new phone and 15 foot extension cord.

i got a call from dorot and rachel said they were going to start having social work interns in september. i told her i was very interested.

I still haven't heard from my doctor. My therapist's agency has their own psychiatrist. I had spoken with her and she was very nice. I think I will speak to her again and find out if she would give klonopin. If I switch to her I would not have to pay for the visits or the 50 dollars each month for perscription to get it.
I am also scared that what happens for some unknown reason she would stop being my therapist. I don't have that fear with mine and I don't know if he would give me the same rate if I dropped him and then asked to come back. I had an impossible time finding a psychiatrist before.
no stomach ache today but just had hard boiled eggs and coffee. The though of everything else makes me feel nauseated.
As usual I didn't sleep much, woke up very depressed and didn't feel well. Once I got up and took my antidepressant, I started feeling okay.

thanks. i felt relieved big time about fining another source of the bugs. I refused to open the bag and check for sweaters that were still good. I just didn't want to let go anymore bugs. Marci was unhappy. she probably wanted to see if she could get any of the good sweaters. no way did i want to take a chance.
I took a bad fall this morning and have a small egg size lump on my wrist and my neck hurts a little. I will throw out the shoes that I love i don't want to wait to see if marci wants them. i just want them out.. I finally had my hair cut. she is so fantastic.that is where i fell. I took a cab home which was a little more than a block and it cost me 7.50. I couldn't walk really.
tomorrow I will leave 45 minutes early for my 9 o clock doctor's appt. I will take a cab and then walk so slowly. I am scared.
I was so lucky I didn't hurt myself worse.
I am just really sad even though things are being taken care and abby has been acting like a kitten.
i am back to watching the news.
