I think you can still believe in Divine Providence and get angry or rage. It's what you do with that feeling that matters though. But again, we are also just human, so that is why we need forgiveness. We need to forgive ourselves too. *hugs*
p.s. I speak from experience. I've gotten into moods in the past where it feels nearly impossible or even painful to suppress my wanting to act out on my anger...but afterwards, I do feel bad and try to make up for it. I dunno. I hope it's enough!

Speaking of hope. eh hem. The new (but old) band/aritst I'm currently into has some powerful lyrics. One such lyric is about hope. "Spread hope like fire." It also goes on to say "spread love like violence." I think you might have to think a bit about the latter one. Seems kinda like very opposite things, but I guess the point is that negative things spread so much easier than positive ones...but we need to strive to spread the positive ones as much or more than the negative ones. Right??

Hi, Bobby! I hope you get that call from your volunteer, & that you don't get flooded. Did you know today is U.S. Coast Guard Day? To celebrate, Mother Nature should give them all the extra water, so the storms can't flood anything. And you can cuddle up with a good book, all nice & dry, & listen to Josh Groban music. I have been feeling so rotten I haven't wanted to get out of bed. My stomach is bothering me so much and I have been depressed. I have no idea what to eat and my laxative didn't work yesterday.

I think I need therapy twice a week.

I don't like my new pdoc I have a
new meeting with one on sept 1st,

I am only seeing my tdoc for weekly visits

because we have met our deductible.
once the new year starts I will probably

go down to monthly sessions.
Need to get going jeff is doing yard work.
I am going to take a caffeine pill, I am too
lazy to make a pot of coffee.
We lost a big azalea bush, jeff is trying to cut it back.
He is all worried about this storm

thanks. my stomach was fine all day and late at night it got pain.it might be gas pain.i think i really have ibs. c. I just read Of those who do seek treatment, research has found that 50 to 90 percent have a psychiatric disorder such as an anxiety disorder or depression. mine started when suri died.
i just took some maalox. i will go for tests once they can control the virus which is also giving me so much stress.also trump.
because like today i was pain free i don't think it is stomach cancer or ulcers.
i will read your article again since i think it stresses gas.
