i have been so worried about getting my 4 rugs back from a cleaner i know nothing about. the building paid 931 to have them cleaned.i have a stomach ache. i first got a wrong number and freaked. i called again and got a busy signal. i called again and got the woman whom i first talked to. she said she was going to call me today to see if they can be delivered tomorrow morning. i feel both relieved and very anxious.
i hope it goes well and i will have one less worry on my plate. reading that ibs can cause nausea in the morning was in a way a relief.
the ac is working great and i also use a tower fan. i am scared of the electric bill but it will be worth it.

you certainly do. we were fine here. my friend lives in westchester and lost power but a few years ago she bought a generator which took care of practically everything.she lost her landline but of course has a cell. branches came down but not near house.
marcy said that she would go with me to a doctor's appointment the beginning of sept. what a relief .there is a lot of walking and i am not sure i can do it without support besides my cane.

i kidnapped pudge tonite. lately she loves the computer chair and not the bed.

i don't have any but I will try the 300mg twice a day and see if they help.

my doctor called. he is going to send the medicine tomorrow

i really hurt myself when I fell down yesterday. When I touch my wrist it really hurts. I fell on my legs too and now they are so stiff and unstable and hurt. My hair looks great. Was it worth it? I really scared them when I fell at the hair dressers.
my stomach feels better but like a jerk I am going to have some coffee and maybe read. I have josg groban on . have to leave tomorrow at 8:15 to get to the doctor's on time. I might just stay up now. I brought pudge to the bed and petted her for a while.

my back feels a little better. Yesterday at times I had to bend over to walk to avoid the pain. I probably looked hysterical.
i dumped the few remaining klonopin on the floor but was able to find most.
i was depressed last night and early morning. I guess the Vraylar isn't as magical but not stomach ache!

finally I bought a digital scale that works fast enough that my balance doesn't interfere. it was so frustrating to weigh myself before.
