I feel better now. the antidepressant kicked in and I just have gas pains. I am reading a book that I am enjoying.
I am worried about Aleya, one of my volunteers. She is going to a birthday party of 15 people on a roof and there will be a lot of drinking and they won't be able to use their masks.She just dog sat for a week for a friend and applied to foster a dog. She is excited about Biden's running mate because she is Indian too. She is a really good person and very bright and I can talk about my problems with her and she also talks about hers.
Therapy went okay. He really knows a lot about Judaism, I mentioned a Psalm and he knew it and gave me more understanding of it.

i can't use the free car service. i might have to wait 10 minutes before it comes and no way can i stand that long. that is so depressing. it is so hard to be both disabled and bipolar. i was partially using the excuse of saving that money to buy more clothes. i was also fighting depression. at least i haven't gone out and bought scotch. i have really been thinking of that to try to beat the depression.
my father was an alcoholic because he finally told me it made him feel good.
