i have never seen robert like this and have him be so open. he is a very private person unless he is talking about his doggies or computers. i will send him another note and say more prayers. i might say i would love to hear the fun you two growing up. he might not want to.
i just ordered some encoated peppermint oil and will start having them especially at night.

thing to do. Also next time you want to go and buy an shirt or
something maybe stop and instead go to a rescue place for
animals or someplace that is special to Robert, and send a small
donation in memory of his brother in his name.

That way you can also remember him in a way that Robert will feel
good too. If the way I said it makes sense.

my anxiety is through the roof now.I never use them anymore because they don't take epic roof now. my doctor sent the prescriptions to the wrong f@#king pharmacy.
I cancelled them and hope they got it right and sent an explanation to my doctor. I told them to send me an email confirming the cancellation. i am not sure if they take epic and have been waiting for a few days for my doctor to send in the prescription to see if epic covers it. I am sure they will.
right ow my anxiety is so bad the medication isn't working.

I just wrote my youngest nephew an email and basically told him off . I guess you don't remember how Kay called them the little sh@ts.

I am still happy and still on a spending spree.I didn't eat as much today. I bought a new scale that I hope helps my trouble balancing problem. It is another digital.

I just bought more books.
I guess I want to wait another week to see if there are any changes from my medication. It is making me a bit manic but it is so wonderful to be happy and not to be anxious or worried.Next week I go for a tooth cleaning and they might say I need some teeth pulled and another lower denture. Oh well if it is true then I will go to a hospital clinic where it would be much cheaper. I don't have anxiety over that!
I will call my gp tomorrow to find out if I have kidney damage or I just don't know how to read the results. With Praulent, the injectable medication my lousy cholesterol is so low now that my total cholesterol is low.
right now there is no change in my back pain from the bad fall and I have been taking advil.
I tried Acacia Fiber and it worked! Usually that kind of stuff clogs me up. Let us see what happens tomorrow.

I still haven't seen her drink or eat. I wrote robert and told him but emphasized last night after I petted her and rubbed her tummy,she groomed herself, a very good sign/ I asked him if she didn't eat or drink tomorrow night could he take her to the vet. the vet could give her something to give her an appetite. He can walk there in less that ten minutes, maybe five.

thanks so very much. I know I have to start drinking a lot more water. I do love arugula and watercress and romaine lettuce. rats I also like salad dressing. I have been afraid to eat other vegetables that might trigger my IBS like cauliflower, brussel sprouts,and broccoli but maybe my new medication will now let me.
I will try five times a day.
I talk to a nutritionist on the 23 for my diabetes.
