I finally left my pdoc after 19 years because I had been unhappy with her.
She is so much like a drill Sargent. I was afraid of her...

when she over reacted...wanted jeff to manage my meds,

and agree to counseling 2 times per week,

AND she took away my klonipin!!!!!OK so that was a year ago.
still My sleep had been good on .5mg.

She took it away because I drink.
Had me take 20mg of melatonin long acting(4x5mg)
and 3 mg of short acting and hydroxyzine

(visteril). and my sleep was not great had to
wear ear plugs which were awful and hurt my ears.
I begged to be put back on klonipin to no avail.
now I take 1mg to sleep and sleep pretty good if

I don't drink too late in the day/evening.
