I ordered the acv. I emailed my pyschiatrist if he could give me cymbalta and he wrote back and told me to tell my treating doctor 9which I haven't used)to give me gabapentin.
I sent a message to him and will probably call on Monday for an appointment. I am not depressed but I still in pain, especially when I walk. So many places hurt.
The technician today told me a foolproof diet. only have lunch and dinner and black coffee or tea for breakfast and no snacking in between. He said you will be fasting 16 hours a day.
I am hoping that the loss of weight will lessen the pain when I walk. I really need somebody to lean on when I walk.
what a pathetic situation. My sleeping is so terrible.
