i started catasthophizing (sp) about a couple of big issues and then I started to force myself to think of God.
that helped big time. I still have a stomach ache.

i washed my hair in the sink and i used a towel to clean myself. right now i am terrified of falling in the bathtub again. i also don't know when the meals will start again but it is a great way to save money. i am very shakey.

that is a good idea. I just bought another chair that goes in and out of the tub. I think that would really help getting out of the tub safely.

I will tell you at the most I get in my shower once a week. Usually I just
use a wash cloth because I'm off balance. I have a order for physical therapy.
My therapist was sick yesterday so they cancelled my intial evaluation.
And I haven't been able to get through yet. Because they aren't at the hospital
and the way they do the fever check and mask. I will probably go ahead and
make another appointment. Since it will probably be after thanksgiving anyway.

I'm having trouble getting through to them.

I am sorry that you struggle so much bobby.
I think part of this behavior is that you are looking for a quick fix.
Alot of your health issues seem out of control and you are trying to rein it all in so you can have some control of your life. I think that spending is one simple way that you can feel like you are doing something to engage.

May I ask did you ever see a nutritionist? I think that would be a good place to start. Alcohol is my demon. We all have demons lurking in the back ground.

I over did it and went back wards.. Yesterday I had trouble walking as usual. I wasn't supposed to exercise that much. I even had cramps. I also had sweets including tiramisu so gained two pounds. My stocks did awful yesterday and Aaron didn't call last night. I got into a disagreement with my therapist. He thinks Churchill was a great man because he helped get rid of Hitler. I think he was a terrible man because research says he has the blood of three million Indians on his hands. Um I was already depressed and am very depressed. I wonder how many kind people there are in the world.
My sleeping as usual is awful.
Today I hope to finish the hobbit.

I am out of control. I can't make myself do things I am supposed to do and just worry about them.I am thinking a lot about God and a=worry if he has mercy on the mentally ill. My best friend Suri has now been dead a year now.
she seems so far away but but I feel pain when I think of her instead joy being blessed to know her. another friend doesn't have patience with me.
now i just have to tell her everything is fine. I am so isolated. Robert came over with danny but becaause it was seven I had already undressed. He banged on the door which was unsettling. then he spent a 1 1/2 making Roku work. he was in heaven. he loves challenges. I was in hell and kept on offering to give it to him.
My eye sight is poor and I just ordered new glasses. i need a cataract operation and have to wait because of the virus.
