thanks so much, I talk on the phone. Aaron called the other night but I was in such a black mood that I said I couldn't talk.Robert is going to drop by on xmas day. He couldn't take me to the doctor's because his other appt ran to late. the doorman got me a cab and i took the walker. The visit was wonderful. I love that doctor. we have the same sense of humor. My vision problem is because of cataracts. Not til after everybody is vaccinated will he will remove them. I got into the cab okay but last night had a worse backache, I still have it and tried blue emu. also had a stomach ache. I am having such trouble walking.
a lot of people are alone. fondly bobby the super helped me out. still need to give them xmas money.. given over half. |

thank you. last night was really bad. I am so lonely. I gained more weight. I am going to stop a pill that puts on weight.
I am going to try to read. I will call Linda on Monday. I wish she had called me. I feel so needy. I am filled with self pity. My laxative that always works magnesium citrate liquid only seems to be working now if I take two bottles. I don't like doing that though. at least pudgy slept with me all night :-) i am going to stay away from ebay |

do you have a prescription savings plan for medications?
Linzess is used to treat IBS It is expensive here about $465 a month I can't afford that I will stick to my colace at 8 a day. I need to drink more water as that always seems to do the trick. hope you have a good day. love bizi

no more candy or cookies. I have been a bit manic and my stomach is off.I threw out a few clothes and plan to throw out more. I am not doing much p.t. I just haven't been feeling well.

mine are so much more downs than ups-true of bipolar 11
I am not depressed. It is going to be a bad stock day for me. I have been eating a lot of poached eggs for meals and have lost 5 pounds in a short while. I don't know how long I will be free of the depression. It is so chemical and doesn't seem to have anything to do with my situation. I have so many issues. can't yet get scheduled for a vaccination. I keep on thinking what a horrible death it would be. love bobby i have been buying so many clothes. totally out of control. |

the first time in ages I wasn't depressed. I already talked him before and he said he didn't want to raise any of my medications. Aplenzin works the best.
