i have tried nac before but it didn't help. It is generalized anxiety. I haven't been into puzzles for years. I am trying to get myself to read again.

I started to read a book "the night circus". It is good, I really like it. I have read it before but it feels brand new so am really enjoying this time around.
It is written by a female, can't remember her name. I think she is jewish. Erin Morganstern is her name. love bizi

I tried it but couldn't find venice. will try harder.
I have been just so depressed. I am now ambivalent of catching the virus. so far I can't get a vaccine. my therapist isn't supportive. I am going to tell him.i am so isolated. my bipolar is so bad. i am thinking of buyng two more stocks that is scarey I lost two more pounds. I am hoping that will help my walking. love bobby |

I am so scared that I will have trouble getting to where I am supposed to go because my walking is so bad. I just decided if it is too much I will crawl.
