i feel good about confronting my therapist. I wonder how strong an impression I made on him.
Linda told me to take aleve. I think it helps. I also took aaleve p,m and slept an hour more. I have a hard time taking naps. Linda said she is always tired too but she is anemic. love bobby |

thanks Bizi!
I just cancelled my doctor's appointment and scheduled for april. I am hoping I will continue to lose weight by then. Robert is waiting to get a vaccine. He wants to see how the other people are doing first. I didn't have a stomach ache last night. I am not depressed. there is some issue with my antidepressant medicine with insurance. I bought another stock. I hope I won't buy anymore until I sell something. Love bobby |

I was in a danger zone for a few days but thank God it passed. I do love my cats and you and other of my friends but when II deeply in that depression everything was bleak. I decided to remind myself that that too will pass.
