I'm sorry that he didn't think to call you Bizi.
I'm hoping that he will remember the next time he goes out. I think he might have just forgotten. Because he was having such a great time. You know how great of a helper he has been to you. I'm guessing he just didn't remember to call you as he said. Donna

I hope he doesn't leave me.
He said he would take care of me as we get older and I am more feeble. I want him to be happy. since we don't have an intimate relationship, it is good for him to have other women in his life. I just get so jealous. I think he senses this. I would not blame him if he took up another woman on the side. Alison could be this other woman. bizi

I think you are catastrophizing! and big time! Look what he did for you for valentine's day! He sure acts as if he really loves you. You are a very special person and I am alison doesn't hold a candle to you. I think his life with you is very very comfortable and just maybe he isn't big on intimacy. and glad that he doesn't have that pressure. He is such a kind, adorable guy and a good person. I don't think you ever fight.Maybe your illness fulfills a need for him to help. He sounds like that type of person.

I agree with Bobby on lots of that. I personally don't think you have to
have an intimate life to be happy with the other person. Not that my husband would agree. He has the disease that his male part curled up and he can't get the erection anymore, and its very painful. He isn't happy. But he has learned to live with it. I've never been a big person for that type of thing. Its very painful for me. So it really doesn't matter to me. He has had others, and I've known it in the past. But i'm always the one he is home with. Right now he and Dan live around the corner from me, its hard to explain but most the time. I personally could care less. He says he is going to redo the house I'm living in and they will come back here. But I will believe it when I see it. I honestly see more of him now than I ever did. Because of all the houses. If I want him to do something or want something all i have to do is ask. Its just different relationship. And we make it work. Its because at one point my Harmony and her other lived next door and her son was there. And Dan couldn't live here. So he had an empty house and moved in with him. Because of a court order. They just stayed for now. Donna

Thanks you gals for sharing.
I appreciate your support, I really do. I just feel so inadequate As a wife, I stopped doing house work. don't do any yard work, now jeff is seeing how much my drinking is interferring with my obligations. We never sat down and discussed division of chores. I have agreed to clean out the kitty liter box at night. though sometimes I forget. Having 3 cats really is a chore keeping up on all of the fur. I am barely keeping afloat of my business. How am I supposed to lose weight when I drink empty calories????today I got done early and went to fat pats and had a side of fries with my beers. sigh I won't tell jeff. we will have cabbage soup and left overs. I think. heavy sigh bizi

since you both work I think you should definitely hire a cleaning woman. That would remove your guilt and make life a lot easier. I don't know why you haven't done it. I don't think it is about money. Probably Jeff thinks you are the ideal wife.It seems he does so many things and enjoys himself big time.

Thak you ladies.
Jeff is going camping this weekend with rob and paul. Rob has a pop up camper. They are going to park at the campsite that is by a stream It will be chilly at night, he is leaving me friday thru sunday. I will be on line for a good period of time maybe I could get a house keeper for a one time visit. some part of me thinks he is having an affair. Really going to meet alison somewhere. sigh bizi
