Do you face time with her. You have an I-phone right, that is a feature that is not hard to use. That is if she has an i phone as well. Maybe you are using that feature already? I face time with my mental health practitioner. She is a nurse practitioner and lets me keep my klonipin for sleep!!!!!
She said she has only seen me stable. I face time with her every 2 months.
I am not seeing my wonderful therapist now that it is a new year and I don't want to pay $98 dollars a session out of pocket. maybe I could check in with her every now and then like maybe once a month.


our new roof people have charge us an additional $1,800 for services that were supposed to be included in the original price. They did not tell us about these charges we just got a bill. grr.:mad:
