Bobby

I'm so glad you like her. You might try asking her if she has any
ideas for your getting depressed, and just not knowing how to
get out of the funk..

depression comes with the territory of bipolar 2. it is chemical. she definitely can help me with the non bipolar 2 depression. she already has helped me in some of conflicts. it is truly amazing. she is so special. she had me write a list of things i was proud of. it was such a struggle and painful. i need to feel humble and i detest arrogance. bipolar2 has helped me not to be arrogant.
then she said that i can thank God for giving me my achievements and then be able to accept them. that was so brilliant.
