I like pudge's real name Violet. Its very pretty.

Not that I don't like Pudge. I've always wondered were pudge
came from. Its an unusual name.

pudge was a champion and woman who i got her from bred cats. pudge was the first to go to the food when it was first put out so her son started calling her pudge. when she was giving birth she almost died so she could no longer have kittens. i wound up getting her
fondly

i fought with a close friend. she told me oatmeal was dangerous when i said i was going to eat it for my diabetes. i really got furious and felt rage when she
is refusing to get the vaccine. i told her that the brightest people in the world said it was necessary to help stop the pandemic and she was selfish and reckless. she has so many crazy ideas.

regular oat meal that you cook is good for you.
those little packs have a lot of sugar.that is not good for you.
I have never cooked oatmeal before some people eat it all of the time.
good luck today with your food choices.
bizi who is constipated this morning.

take care and love for you

i ordered non instant steel cut oatmeal. it also might be good for constipation. drinking a lot of water might be good for constipation. i started today trying to drink a lot of water. constipation is such a bummer.
i forgot if i wrote that after the vaccine i had trouble spelling. it is coming back now. i am severely depressed right now. f@#k bipolar. my new therapist is trying to teach me new coping mechanisms. nobody has ever tried that before.

1. Oatmeal. “Oats are loaded with soluble fiber, which is a type of fiber that allows more water to remain in the stool,” says Smith. “This makes the stool softer and larger, and ultimately easier to pass.”

Since constipation is related to dehydration in the colon, you need to make sure you are drinking lots of water. When your body is properly hydrated, less water will be withdrawn from the colon. This will keep your stool soft and easy to pass.
