hi bobby,
did you get any sleep today? Music and reading are great but you need some balance and time to restore and rest. You really do need to sleep. pick a time to go to bed. and then pick up something boring to read for a bit until you feel sleepy and lights out. of course take some klonipin 30 minutes before lights out, so it can kick in. This is just a suggestion. I know that I have to have a routine to my sleep and just thought I would share that with you. love bizi

I am out of control.sometimes I fall asleep at 7 and wake up a few hours later. Klonopin doesn't help me sleep. I have so many issues I have to deal with. I have IBS-c. i stopped watching the news but that doesn't seem to help. i am so dependent on robert.he will take to get the second dose. i tried with marci to walk outside with the walker. she caught me before falling three times. i will have to take a cab. robert said he will take pudge to be groomed. that is stressful. i see two of my doctors next month. i don't know if i can manage one getting there. i can't take stress. my legs hurt from yesterday. i always wake up depressed and stressed and frightened.

I am sorry for your worries and physical limitations. It must be scary not knowing when your legs might give out on you but you have to keep trying to walk to build up muscle strength. you have not mentioned your bike lately did you give up on that?

i called ebay to try to get my money back. they said they had a two month limit. after wasting time with a couple of phones i called paypal and within 5 minutes i am getting a refund.
