i am having such a hard time walking. the dentist office was great. the cleaning didn't hurt and I was told my gums were great. i think it was because of the toothpaste. my anxiety was threw the roof and i was catasphophizing.(sp)

I am always anxious going to the dentist always thinking they are going to tell me terrible news I am so glad to out of there, I usually go 2-3 times a year.They made me a mouth guard to wear at bed but i find I should wear it during the in between clients in the car is when I grind my teeth.
anyway. I am glad that was done for you. one less worry! love bizi

thanks so much. i usually go every three months but didn't go for months because of the virus. i was so terrified. i am wondering if the aleve for my fall helped me feel not the tiniest bit of pain.

hi donna,
i have to be very careful of my spending. i have no family and my ss is low and my health bills are high i am eating into my savings. i don't know how long i will live. it is a very scary situation. i don't know what you would if you were in my situation. i also have to pay for expensive cabs when i go to the doctors and dentist. fondly bobby |

my foot feels better. i just bought something on ebay because i wanted a high. linda still hasn't gotten her pathology report. my favorite doorman is leaving. the building is having a part on the roof on monday. i will see if marci can help me to get up the four stairs. i read some psalms but they didn't help. i hate being bipolar.
