thanks so much Donna. this last time when she said it better be good i was so furious that i just couldn't give her any more. i think i better just say i have been eating it so i won't leave space for her to say anything. i will just throw it out. i haven't felt like eating chicken for a while.
i don't know what pita means. i know what a@@hole means. I am too fragile and can't afford to put myself in harm's way. i just won't deal with stella anymore. she has been my friend for over 50 years but has turned into a monster.

i woke up so depressed but after becoming active it went away. i forgot if i mentioned i bought a sun lamp to help with depression. afraid to get on the scale so i won't. i will try not to eat much today.watched tv most of yesterday. trump is such an evil monster i hope he goes to jail for life. the capitol guard were such heroes. i don't think i mentioned i have roaches. how awful. getting resigned to a very high electrical bill. i have really been enjoying the novel foreign affairs. oh no stomach ache.
started another lecture series psalms. yesterday my therapist really made me happy.

That is just a really good idea. To just throw it away. I don't know
if you give your kitties any chicken at all. But if you do you could
also give them just a little bit so they get a treat also.

pudge only eats her prescription cat food. i think aby might enjoy some..i just bought some rosemary essential oil. it might help keep the roaches away. i have been using roach motels.

WE have oak tree roaches,,,,hate them!

Did you call the super, they may be coming in from other apartments , get them to come and spray. or do they come in on a regular basis to spray?

i have had the building exterminator but he just used roach motels. he didn't want to spray because of the kitties. i just ordered some oregano and rosemary essential oils because they supposedly repel roaches. i did just buy some highly recommended spray.

again no stomach ache. read a book again and really enjoyed it. got a new scale but have to read the instructions. building is making us wear masks again in the elevator. turned off the ac in the middle of the night. apartment was too cold. aby has been hiding but yesterday morning and evening she was ultra friendly. i petted her a lot and we bumped heads a lot. i had been afraid she wasn't feeling well.
again i woke up and wished i were dead. it is so very hard dealing with the depression, isolation and severe loneliness. i have been praying to God and repeatedly telling myself i am not alone because God is with me always. i have been watching too much news.
i hope today i can find a place for the books on my bed.
i took a bath when i got out of bed but that didn't help. i am looking forward to continue reading a book i started

Abby may have just wanted to hide to sleep and relax I have a cat that loves
to hide and sleep. She used to not like to be seen at all. Now she is wanting
attention all the time. But if she decides she doesn't want anyone to see
her she hides. And comes out when she wants. Usually I don't even
know she is around then either. Unless she comes and sits on my lap.
