I have to say Bobby good job. But even though there was no fire.
I'm glad you called the doorman and he found the answer.

Please keep up the figuring out the things that aren't normal.
You are doing a great job.

thanks so much. spoke with my new psychiatric nurse practitioner. she sounds lovely and works closely with my therapist she will give me clonazepam. i told her how i wondered about a mood stabilizer. she is going to call dr bergman. i wrote him a very nice letter.
i called my senator's office and found out that since when i moved there was an ac so they always have to give one. the fellow said to call management to help make my bathroom safe.if they didn't respond he would call them. i got a response and was told they would find a solution.

finally washed my hair in the sink. it was hard because i really had to bend down but didn't lose my balance. next time i have to use less shampoo.
i forgot if i told the nurse practitioner that i wake up depressed every time but with activity it goes away.
i just wrote robert to see if he is okay.
zeynep called and apologized for not calling sooner. i immediately said that was fine and told her cecilia died and i fell again and can't use the bathroom. she told me that her son who is an obsessive compulsive to the extreme might have brain surgery to see if that might help. i never heard of that

Image result for brain surgery for obsessive-compulsive disorder
In the study, nearly half of patients showed at least some improvement in their OCD symptoms, and 15 percent fully recovered seven years after the surgery. The findings suggest surgery may be an effective treatment for patients with very severe OCD who have not been helped by other therapies, the researchers said.Jun 3, 2013

i finally called robert. thank god he is all right. he lives in an old apartment and something went wrong with the electricity and he saw sparks. the firemen came and said it was dangerous and had to be fixed. his former landlord sold all his buildings so he is having difficulty with the new landlord. he called me back immediately after i called him.

Bobby
I'm so sorry Robert is having this trouble. I would guess that if the
new landlord doesn't fix it he can turn him in to the Fire department.

how would that work?

mymorgy 09-22-2021 06:24 AM

i freaked out yesterday and today. today i read about how my prescription drug plan was going up to over 100 next year and this year was about 94. i didn't remember paying monthly. i called up and found out i was only paying 52. epic, the new york drug plan for seniors pays almost half. yeah.
i have a real roach problem. i have tried everything. roach motels seem to be the only thing that works. i just ordered 12 more.marci found a lot yesterday in a container where i keep supplements. i offered her 20 dollars for her hard work but she refused. they just add to my depression. i also can't stand waking up every morning depressed. i will start reading now to make it go away.
