I have been up practically all night. My depression finally lifted but I don't know for how long. It was so bad most of the week. I didn't even want to listen to music.I read that tumeric tea might help depression but if you are on a blood thinner you shouldn't take it.
I am on a blood thinner..
I just found this article. I am going to try it.

TEA REDUCES DEPRESSION
Drinking three cups of tea a day lowers the risk of depression by 37%, and the benefit doubles when you go to 6 cups a day. That’s what a team of researchers from China concluded after analyzing 11 studies involving nearly 23,000 people. The results apply to green and black teas, but not to herbal teas that lack true tea leaves from the Camellia sinensis plant. Green tea appears to be the most beneficial, and this variety may have preventative effects against dementia as well.

The benefits don’t appear due to caffeine, but may be explained by several ingredients in tea that have positive brain effects: catechins, flavonoids, polyphenols, and theanine.

Good luck with the tea. Also I think that you could buy low calorie
for lack of the proper word ice cream. Honestly you could try to
see if they could also deliver keto ice cream. This would be good
on the diet.

Keep up the good work. I honestly don't think of myself as old period.
No age will I. I tell people each year I'm a year younger, I deduct a year
not add.

you just made me laugh. that is really funny.
i was ordering low calorie delicious breyer's ice cream. i finally read the label and it said it had sucrose, a sugar substitute and got afraid because of my diabetes so I stopped. I also think it might have bothered my stomach..

“The sharp rise in blood glucose after eating glucose and sucrose is a risk factor for diabetes. Fructose, on the other hand, has to be converted by the liver before it can affect glucose concentrations in the blood,” Dr Mills said.Aug 8, 2018

right now i am so worried about pudge. she only ate a little of her prescription cat food yesterday and drank a little water. today i threw out the dry food and put down new fresh food. i ordered some non prescription food from amazon which i should get today. i also ordered some NOW Nutritional Yeast Powder,10-Ounce. i read that cats love it.
a couple of weeks aqo she threw up a few times. since aby and pudge use the same litterbox i can't tell how much she has gone.
this week she has sometimes jumped on the bed and let me give her tummy rubs. i am going to move her food and water near the bed to see if she is eating. she usually has a great appetite but now not for a few days..
yesterday i was talking to my friend linda and had a couple of cognitive mistakes. rats. they scare me. i have no trouble reading or researching or remembering. my spelling isn't quite as bad since i had the vaccine. my allergies aren't as bad. before the vaccine i didn't have allergies.
i might have to have robert take pudge to the vet if this continues.

update-pudge just ate a little of the food

now she is active and receiving and enjoying a lot of pets.
i always think the worse and i don't know if it is my bipolar or lack of stability and overt love from childhood onward from my family or both..

I am glad that she is all friendly again, and eating.
Know that you worry about them they are your family now.
So are ours having 3 cats with 2 litter boxes We can't tell who has kinda soft stools. We think it might be hallie, our youngest cat she may be 2 1/2 yo
hallie is becoming to be a very scarred cat. She is very jumpy, and hides. She did not used to do that.about a few months ago she had a panic attack. We were eating dinner in the dining area which is wide open to the living room cut off from the rest of the house with pocket doors.she was in there and did not like being in there with the doors closed. so she ran as fast as she could from one door to the other she was petrified. we were stunned. what we should have done was open the door for her.
she must have run back and forth as fast as she could eventually she went under the china cabinet panting really fast. poor kitty.
