robert came over to pick up some food for danny. he took a couple of pictures of pudge.he said don't hesitate to ask for help. joyce wanted to see her groomed.
i bought some more books. i am reading siddatha by hesse and just bought two more of his books. i bought four more gayle buck's books. |

i just had a wonderful huge gift this morning. I talked with my new pastoral intern.
she said we are supposed to honor our feelings. .that was completely foreign to me. i think it might change me.i have never honored my feelings and often times have gone against them. this morning i woke up and i wasn't depressed and didn't feel crazy. i remembered the name of the actor i couldn't remember yesterday. that was a relief. love bobby |

just got off the phone with my young therapist. i will try to think of all my accomplishment and try to forgive myself for my mistakes. she said a lot of people don't feel self compassion.

I think waking up depressed is part of your life now.
Lets see if you can think of this different. Maybe instead think of it as I just need to take my medicine and it will be gone. Maybe its a reminder to take your medicine. Now get out in the hall and walk. Even go down to the lobby and walk but at least take a cane. Donna
