i feel so relieved. i wonder if i am no longer diabetic but just prediabetic.

my doctor called me back and said don't change anything.

i have been having some cognitive difficulties, especially spelling i think since i had the vaccine.
i also have a new volunteer who is going to call me every tuesday night for a while. he is a lawyer, very bright and 29. i am a bit threatened by it and hope i can keep up with him. we really agree on politics and his mother is bipolar 2 and was diagnosed when she was 50.

i read that you are considered old when you are 73. an acquaintance of mine told me she now has spelling difficulties but she isn't worried and just blames it on age.

i was so depressed late this afternoon. it was so awful. then the phone rang and it was aaron who called. i thanked him so much for calling and told i was severely depressed. i have spoken to him for over a year and he never heard me so bad.
his call helped lift some of the depression and i told him. i so hate being bipolar. i can't deal with those feeling. i was also worried about pudge. i didn't her eat or drink today, i just added some fresh food to her dishes, after a little time she ate and then finally drank water. big relief, yesterday marci did the wash and aby loves to go into the big closet. this time marci put the cart in and then closed the closet. finally i started calling aby and saying treats nothing happened. i tried it ten times. then i thought she was really lost. marci had also had opened the outside door. finally i heard a little meow from the closet and took out the cart. she had been trapped behind the cart.
i think i am going to try to read. i am so tired but don't want to fall back in that deep depression.

i just bought 4 more packages of those sponge non rinse sponge baths and will start probably using them twice a day. they are great and i want to be stronger and thinner before i use the bath tub again even with the bath rail now installed. being heavy is such a pain. i am going to try to drink low sodium soup. it also helps my ibs. if only helped my depression.
i am not depressed. aaron's call really helped..he has such a nice voice.
i didn't know that herman hesse was diagnosed as bipolar 2.. he was so productive. my stocks are doing better but not helping my anxiety or depression.

i am way back into the depression. i wish i could walk and exercise. that would probably help. i just read social security will increase 5.9 per cent. that doesn't touch the depression. i am still terrified of falling when i get out of the bath tub but a bath would probably help. liquor doesn't help. i might just order some ice cream but that would screw my diet and i don't want to go back to being diabetic.

A new study has found that individuals who received a COVID-19 booster shot that was from a different manufacturer than the original series had significantly increased neutralizing antibody titers. The findings, conducted by the National Institutes of Health, examined individuals who had initially received either the Pfizer-BioNTech (PFE, BNTX), Moderna (MRNA), or Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) vaccine and then received a booster with one of the other jabs.

By the numbers: For participants who received the same vaccine for the initial course and booster, neutralizing antibody titers increased 4.2-20-fold. Individuals who received a different booster saw titers increase 6.2-76-fold. The results, which were published on medRxiv, have yet to be peer reviewed.

For the record, the CDC has recommended that individuals receive a booster shot from the same manufacturer and the primary series. Pfizer's booster has also been the only one authorized by the FDA.

i guess that is important. i just sent it to a few of my friends.
i wish they would come out with a better antidepressant.

it is really painful and scarey and makes my life unbearable. i didn't buy ice cream.
i wrote my internist with that new information using a difference vaccine for the booster.
i started reading prayers today to see if that will help.
