I didn't realize you were on the 18th floor or that they were doing
construction. You definetely can't go done stairs by yourself.

So how would you get down to go to the hair dressers. I am
not sure how you would even do that. I'm worried about you.

Not because you can't take care of yourself but because they
put you in this situation because they are working on the hall
and you need to be safe.

What happens in the evening when workers aren't around.
Do they remove the mess.

you confused me. you must know there are three elevators and just one apartment is being renovated. I haven't checked if they remove the things on the floor or just leave them there. The mess is in the apartment that is being renovated.
The past two Mondays I went by cab to my internist who took my blood and give a flu shot and the next day said i was no longer diabetic and everything looked great and don't change a thing and the next Monday I had my teeth cleaned. I was scared about that because when I fell one of my teeth felt funny because i hit it on the bowl but the hygienist didn't notice anything. Marci also went with me with the walker and prevented me from falling a couple of times because the crumby sidewalk.
some times i do go downstairs to pick up something little and get the mail.
when i had fallen the previous time and really bruised myself badly my young friend who had won medals in running told me to not exercise but to rest and let it heal.

The management has strict rules. a lot of the apartments for close to one million or more.

they are both zoom and telephone. I don't like using zoom. in january i am going to have to speak with my therapist and new psychiatrist nurse on zoom. I had to speak on the computer with my former psychiatrist on the computer but it wasn't zoom. i don't know what it was called..

now. With lots of the buildings closed to the public. But that is
just the easiest for me.

good for you. I am embarrassed. I like to listen to my lectures lying on my bed. I like to be comfortable and my back hurts when i sit too longI have desktop.
When i threw out the cat litter today there was nothing on the hall carpet. now i will be ashamed if i don't start walking in the hall with my walker.

think being safe was the thing to do. I am so glad you did check today.
That is the was I like to think of it. You checked because you want

I don't know if you like soup and worry about sodium.
