Eating too much red meat could be bad for your health. Sizzling steaks and juicy burgers are staples in many people's diets. But research has shown that regularly eating red meat and processed meat can raise the risk of type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke and certain cancers, especially colorectal cancer.

That is fine. But all I know is the doctor's tell you to make sure
you eat some meat. It can be chicken and fish then.

Have you ever looked into the low-FODMAP diet for IBS? I was just reading about it again and it sounds as if it helps a lot of people.

A Beginner's Guide to the Low-FODMAP Diet-from Healthline

I'm not at all fond of the word "diet" because for me it seems restrictive and I would become all consumed by it in a somewhat obsessive way as I can do from time to time. :o.

It is more difficult following a low-FODMAP diet when you are vegetarian but it can be done by switching out the large amount of meats for other types of protein. You just have to make sure you're getting that protein. Wondering if you have a blender?

You can still eat lentils but you need to make sure you cook them properly. Soaking, draining, cooking, straining well.

btw I'm a vegetarian so I understand not eating meat and how I had to totally change the way I shopped and cooked to make sure I get enough of everything I need.

[mrsD used to post about low Fodmap a lot so there are many old threads on the forums if you want to ever search]

i have looked into a few times and i guess i should really study it. i take
i take Mylanta .medication is used to treat the symptoms of too much stomach acid such as stomach upset, heartburn, and acid indigestion. It is also used to relieve symptoms of extra gas such as belching, bloating, and feelings of pressure/discomfort in the stomach/gut.it helps with nausea,
magnesium citric acid in liquid form as a laxative and peppermint oil.. i have been debating whether or to get peppermint tea. i don't eat fish and only eat chicken in Chinese food. and i eat eggs. i also drink chamomille tea. i read an English blog for suggestions.

Peppermint is an herb often used to relieve digestive issues, including IBS. Drinking peppermint tea soothes the intestines, relieves abdominal pain, and reduces bloating. Some research has shown the effectiveness of peppermint oil in treating IBS

i haven't been depressed. i have been depressed most of my life. i don't know how long this will last. i don't know if i mentioned it but i have been working on forgiving my family and let God take care of them. For the past two days i have been feeling that heaven must be a beautiful place and i will get to be with Suri and my wonderful animals who have died and in the future will die.

Bobby

I'm so glad you are getting things to help with the things that I think
are causing part of your depression. And maybe even your anxiety.

Because of the problem with standing. I hope that it will get better.
