thanks so much. Another place also says by extension Israel. I just found this Because the daughters of Zion are haughty … the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the Lord will discover their secret parts.”

I have to look some more. I didn't like at all the last one.

Psalm 87:2–3 says, “The Lord loves the gates of Zion / more than all the other dwellings of Jacob. / Glorious things are said of you, / city of God.” According to this verse, Zion is synonymous with city of God, and it is a place that God loves. Zion is Jerusalem. Mount Zion is the high hill on which David built a citadel. It is on the southeast side of the city.

I like that

Zion” meant Jerusalem and, later, Israel as the people of God. “Daughter of Zion,” then, does not refer to a specific person. It's a metaphor for Israel ...

my therapist sent me more names and make sure they really resonate.
I spoke with my psychiatric nurse practitioner and asked if i could be put on Geodon instead of Aplenzin.. She said yes. the first week i will take 20 mg once a day at dinner and the next week one at lunch and one at dinner. I wonder if it will help with my sleep problems, my excess buying and my anger. Hopefully it might help with my depression and sadness. I am waiting for a call back. I forgot to ask her what to do with aplenzin.

don't know if it was the geodon or a coincidence but i slept over five hours and didn't wake up depressed. i hope it was the geodon but i don't think it could have worked that fast and the dose was small
I went to bed again and slept for another hour. incredible.

Bobby

I'm thinking it might be a combo of both the medications.

And that might be why she isn't tapering them yet. So she
can see if you sleep better.

So glad you got more sleep.

love
bobby.

aplenzin
This medication is used to treat depression. It may also be used to prevent seasonal affective disorder (SAD), a type of depression that occurs each year at the same time (for example, during winter). This medication can improve your mood and feelings of well-being.

geodon
This medication is used to treat certain mental/mood disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder). This medication can decrease hallucinations and help you to think more clearly and positively about yourself, feel less agitated, and take a more active part in everyday life.

Would that be allowed?
