she is 78, in great health except for afib(sp), is a vegetarian and is slim. She told me I was in her will. In my will I am leaving her everything and named her beneficiary for my annuity and brokerage accounts.

Tunics are great if you are fat. They are much longer than a regular top. Some are really long. I think I am going to throw out some more today.

I think its great that you are doing so great getting more sleep. I really
hope you start getting more sleep too.

I hope you can get some veggies and things that will help with the
hunger.

Also just keep up the good work.

I threw out some junk food this morning and will try to resume soup for meals. Some of the soups have vegetables.
I guess I will take two pills today and see what happens.

I would take it with peanut butter again to get the calories so it can work for you.
I can't emphasize that enough.

i slept for 5 hours which is still great for me. Robert came over with Danny who I cuddled with and said I found a miracle drug. I waited until he left to take it. stupid. He was setting up my new cellphone which he said was trash. He is a genius. When he was leaving he said I have accumulated so many minutes besides his fixing the cellphone to use my wi fi so instead I don't even have to use minutes when I use it inside. Later I might buy a better tracfone
I haven't heard from Alice after I sent her the email. Now I am sure she won't respond and will become more distant. Hardly anybody likes to talk about mental illness. I don't think they can deal with it .I thought it was such great news.
I found this
The cats reacted most positively to classical music, followed by pop. Heavy metal, though, raised their heart rate and increased their pupil size; in other words, rock music stressed them out. As for when to play music for your kitty, any time is a good time.

My Rabbi intern is coming over this morning. We always speak on the phone. It should be very nice..

don't know how to show the picture but the comment cracked me up.

This is Boots. He looks like he's mad at me for walking in on him while he's going to the bathroom. He's not really going to the bathroom, he just likes sitting on the toilet.

bizi 11-15-2021 10:27 AM

people have trained their cats to use the toilet!
I think that must take a lot of patience.

I have heard of that too. Once when I was a teenager and we had a kitty named Socrates, somehow he pooped in the toilet. It only happened once. He was allowed to outside whenever he wanted to.

Dmom3005 11-15-2021 11:37 AM

I try to keep my male especially kitty out of the bathroom, he
likes to leave paw prints on the toilet. And then it has to be cleaned.
