harper likes to claw bite the toilet paper and trash
half of the roll. She managed to get into the kitchen
cupboard and take out a roll of paper towels and
completely tear it all up the whole roll!!!!!We put
a stronger magnet on the cupboard. she can't
open it now. She has gotten into my bathroom
storage cabinet and chewed on several rolls
now I have put aluminum foil in there cats don't like that.
so far so good.
She is a hot mess!

you have a little devil there! How old is she now. I had a kitty cat named Pumpkins. She was half aby and half himalayan. She looked a somali. I bought a big sectional and then didn't like it. Pumpy wouldn't touch it. I had a bottle green velvet couch which was my all time favorite. Pumpkins knew and destroyed it. So many time she would be scratching it and STARING at me. She knew. At night though she would go under the covers and suck my ear. She was so mean to her younger sister Tui, a himalyan. She even took a bite out of her ear but Tui adored her. Tui, Yuki, and snowball and Pudge never destroyed anything. My Aby now destroyed by leather couch and recliner. She hasn't been interested in paper.

i just ordered eggs and popcorn but I did order some ice cream. no control.
Eggs are supposedly filling and my doctor said two eggs a day are fine.
I just bought plain popcorn and use the microwave. I bought us certified organic to make sure they were organic. I read that all the popcorn here is non gmo.
I might be a bit hypomanic since I have been active since I woke up around 12.

You should be fine with the eggs and the popcorn. They should be
fine. You also should be okay with the ice cream, just consider it
your splurge on the day you eat it. Its okay to splurge once in a while.

I had to remind Derrick of this. And its been helping him with losing
weight. I can't remember what he calls it, but he eats a snack or
something after meals about half way in between. Because he misses
meals on days he works being on time. So he will snack at certain times
each day and make sure he is having enough to eat. If he doesn't he doesn't
get the recommended amount to eat. And you also don't lose when you don't
eat too. At least the amount your supposed to. Also he has found that sweets
are to sweet now that he is on keto. I found that interesting.

you are right again, it is a round green and white mark obviously because they want you know that they are certified.This is the reason they cost extra. I have heard that all of the wheat and corn produced are GMO. This why we buy our frozen veggies from whole foods. We also only buy organic coffee.
regular coffee has the most pesticide usage. I wonder if they have any organic Kcups????

when I was reading up on pop corn I am sure it said all popcorn is non-gmo.
I had to search for certified organic because of pesticides.
I will look up kcups but I doubt it. I did mention that kcups have paper liners
which make coffee safe to drink.

For a few minutes my depression came back. I picked up a book and it disappeared. I haven't been depressed since. It has been so wonderful not feeling depressed or anxious. I really hope that the Geodon keeps on working. I don't think I can also get topamax fur my appetite.. I was on it a long time ago.
