I used to take a probiotic,

but have quit I was getting sick of taking so
many pills. Plus I was not taking the

recommend dose of 3 capsules in this

garden of life self stable so no refrigerator

required.There are a lot of different ones out
there with different live healthy bacteria Flora
( in your gut).
I am all ears from your experience if you find

one that you are going to try.

i haven't made a decision. where did you get that from? i will wait. i really like my new therapist. she said it might be a good idea not to order food when i am depressed. she also suggested when somebody gets me irritated to make myself scare and protect myself. she keeps how stressing that i have to take care of myself. she is so upbeat. she loves animals too.
i hope you can control your eating and drinking.. do you know what is triggering it?

I only had less than 2 beers today, am going to see

if I can control my self and not have any gin and tonics.
I have been having heart burn really bad every night.
we will see how that goes.

i feel so rotten it is scary. i dreamt that i didn't know how the tv remote worked and realize i was dreaming. i thought i was losing my mind. i am still shaken up and have bad pains in my stomach. i am terrified of the electrical bill.

All I can think about with the tv remote is maybe your subconscious doesn't
want to watch something you do. Now if it was me that would be hilarious
because I wouldn't watch anything scary, or someother things because I'm
a scaredycat. So I would want my subconscious to lose the remote if I was
trying to be brave and watch it. Because it would be easier than not remembering how to use. Because if I forgot how to use it. I would throw it
and ask someone to buy me a new one.

that is great about Derrick and his doctor. Maybe I should get bran flakes besides oat bran.
Marci worked so hard yesterday and accomplished so very much. When she came I was on the phone taking a survey with Dorot so she had to wait about six minutes before she could sign in. She didn't complain. she noticed that clothes were gone and i said i threw them out. she didn't say anything.
i have it seems more pain walking. there is pain on my side. i will start taking tylanol again and see if that helps. i am fearful. i am so scared about how my electrical bill this month.

Make sure you walk at least every two hours. Even if its just around your room.
And yes take some tylenol try taking it every 4 hours at first to see if it
helps. I am not sure it will matter if you buy oat or bran flakes. I just haven't
found a different bran I like yet. So I stick with what I like.

Now if you have pain in your side. That I can't say what is. But the tylenol
will hopefully help. It could be many things, just old age though is my
guess.
