thank you so much. today i started getting depressed but chose a book i like so the depression went away. i should go downstairs to pick up some packages but i am just isolating. i don't understand it. i have also been beating myself up because i should start riding the bike and i can't make myself do it. i know it would help my leg. i was tempted to buy another pie and ice cream but resisted.
