That's great that the ice and arnica helped. Hoping it keeps working and hoping for no more falls. Bobby, you asked if I get to see the sea often and the answer these days is unfortunately "no". I haven't been allowed to drive for medical reasons the past year and 9 months or so and so I don't get there near enough. Have a good evening and I hope you get some sleep tonght later.
