I hope you like the yogurt. I like it too. It is good for
our digestive system. The instant oatmeal would help the most as it has the extra fiber so does lentil soup, which has a lot of fiber as do avocados. which have the most fiber of any veggie. Maybe you could order some lentil soup to try and see if you like it? bit by bit just take today as it comes. love you bizi
