I have injured myself with out knowing what I did.
it feels like my left hip is painful, rather groin is painful I think it is my hip. I did not do anything abnormal. I just took 4 advil the prescription dose. I took them around 8pm. It hurts to put weight on it and if I sit too long it really hurts to stand up again. I don't see how I am going to be able to work tomorrow. maybe I will go to bed earlier tonight and see how that does. I hobble when I first start walking and it is hard to walk. Very painful. what the hello did I do to my self. very unhappy about this. bizi

i guess you didn't wake up with it. did the 4 advil help? I hope when you wake up it is gone. that is really weird. do you think it is nerve pain?

I canceled my clients for the day today and will see about tomorrow.
I went to my chiropractor. who said that I have had this 3 years in a row in oct. then I went to a vibrations clinic. And she spent a lot of time with her. I had forgotten that I had seen her years ago for a pedicure. I was so much better after the 2 visits today. but sitting has hurt my hip again. sigh bizi

I thought maybe you had this before. But couldn't remember the
time frame. So I wonder if its maybe the weather that makes it come back. More than anything else. Not sure but hope you are feeling better. Donna
