Sounds so good to be doing. I don't know could you take the drinks
your drinking if you go to trivia night. Would they allow you to
take them in and put them in a glass they use. I think that would
help you keep from drinking there beer.

Glad you liked it. I just know that you have a really hard time staying away from their beer. So take yours
with you.

you know i read that 45 percent of bipolars are alcoholics. Did you know that topamax may help binge drinking. such a hard task ahead of you.

Topamax (topiramate), an anti-seizure medication usually prescribed for people with epilepsy, is also prescribed for helping alcohol-dependent individuals stop drinking. It is used off-label for the treatment of alcoholism and alcohol use disorders, meaning that it is not FDA approved for this purpose.

i don't know if you ever tried it.

I am afraid of topamax....I already have cognitive decline.
thanks for bringing it up though.
love you

Bizi

I didn't know topamax was known for cognitive decline?

Wow, that makes sense though it might have been one of
the things that caused Derrick's problems when he was
on it.

I'm just so blessed that it doesn't have that side effect for
me. I would be in trouble with my migraines if it did.

i was on topamax for a while and it didn't cause cognitive decline with me.
again i forgot why i was taken off of it.

In general terms, all presented data suggest that up to 10% of patients treated with topiramate may complain of cognitive problems
eeks that is a lot.

Dmom3005 11-09-2021 04:36 PM

You know it would be really interesting to know the age of the
patients that have cognitive problems. Reason I say this is
its used a lot with seizures. Especially kids. So I'm wondering
if its mainly with kids and seizures.
