They had cancelled Derrick's basketball practice today. Which was
so nice, because it was pouring down raining when we went to run some errands. So I was originally returning home today for the week till next weekend. But I'm staying till tomorrow. Because I dont like driving in the rain. And so that is good. William and I had a great day yesterday, and even though he spent the day doing homework it was fine. Derrick had a great day at work. Other than right after he got there they had a lockin, which was odd. And not to many employees or customers either one there. But he did his usual good. And other than being tired last night he was good. I'm so glad not only does he like his job. They like him. Donna |

donna is this true? do they?
How many eggs a day on a keto diet? You must eat at least six whole eggs per day. Eggs should be local, pastured eggs whenever possible. You should stop eating three hours before bedtime. You can drink up to three cans of diet soda per day but aim for one or less.[/B] |

I don't know that they eat that many eats a day.
Derrick doesn't but he does love eggs. So he does eat eggs most days. My son works a day job 10 hours 4 days a week. And he doesn't for sure eat that many a day. But Meluvja could easily as the day goes on. But I don't think so. I've been with her when we are out for the whole day and she doesn't then. Bizi, most of the foods you talk about are on the keto diet. The main thing that you can't have is potatoes. I know that seems so odd. That and a lot of pasta. Derrick has finally figured out he doesn't miss the baked potatoes, and he will eat rolls, but instead of the number he ate before at restaurants, he limits himself to one. Or two on special occasions. We also buy the rolls that are considered good on keto. And potato bread is considered good, for the kind of keto he does. But its only one or two slices a day for him. If I was doing it it would be one slice. But I don't have bread every day anyway. Potato bread is my favorite. And they make keto bread. Derrick is doing the sugar and flour that is for keto. He has found that desserts are to sweet now. So that is helpful. But he has one big downfall, candy bars. The other thing he has that is helping, he needs to snack at night. Someone told him to try a different snacking type diet. I don't know what its called, but it is certain things he eats, at certain times. And it really seems to be helping him. Bobby, the other question he eats before bed at times, It doesn't seem to matter if he does. And he does coke or pepsi zero. Which he is trying his hardest to limit the amount, its hard for him. Water and milk. Donna |

Oh so glad that he figured out the heater in your home.
Our house is a round 69 degrees a bit nippy but good for sleeping. bizi

I am not usually one to get cold. So its odd for him to hear me
complaining about being cold. But I was. Heehee. But its fixed now. And I hopefully wont be anymore. I have to watch Derrick he seems to get cold easily and keeps his heat higher than he should. Donna |

Y'all talking about the heat, geesh! My H keeps it at 63F here! I'm like always cold...except at night. And actually, I'm remembering that if it's too hot in my bed, I get blisters (on my toes and fingers). So, I guess it works for both of us... It's so hard to function though. I told him, I don't feel human most days. I wonder if I'd get more things done if it was warmer, but like I said, those blisters and I'd probably not be sleep. Ugh! My life sucks sometimes! (I don't want to complain though, because it could always be worse!)

Gee
63 would be great to me. It got down to 53 and falling here. It was so cold outside was why. So it just needed to be back up. My husband had been not home much he works all the time. So sleeping at home is most of the thing he does. So its not unusual when I'm at Derrick's for him to keep it cool to try and save money. Donna |
