but i agree, distractions.
good conversations help me with anxiety and distraction. Usually I feel more at ease when texting though verses over the phone. I know that's not always an option.

i live in Manhattan and I can no longer go to Central Park. try to listen to Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah. It is divine. Then listen to Jeff Buckley's version.
I read that Cohen could spend five years completing a song.
I just was reading a little of the Jewish book about prayers. I talk to God so much. Most of the time I don't feel Jewish. Isn't that funny.
Have you tried Maalox? That might help your gassy stomach.
