Bobby

I haven't mentioned the allergies until now in a while. So just forget
I said that. I can't tell you what I meant. Its been to long.

I have no memory of what i meant.

I'm so glad you found a book you like, and have been up reading.
I do that a lot too. Get into a good book and read till its done.
Then go to bed. I love to read.

i think my major problems stem from not getting nurtured but rather be given the main role of caretaker when my father drunk. after that i became the family scapegoat. i think all the other stuff really isn't that important. maybe there is no help or hope.
the other night i talked with sam and he kept on saying how great it was that i went to an ivy league school. that really depressed me. i did not think the university of penn was a great school. if i graduated from Radcliffe i think that would meant something. i just feel so hopeless.

Bobby

Let me think on it. Honestly I don't think of the nurturing things.

I just kind of do them. So lets figure out what you can do.

Like when Sam, tells you it was great you went to a Ivy league School.

Maybe tell him back: You didn't realize others think of it as a Ivy
league school. You don't to you its just a school. So if it had been
say Harvard it would have been a Ivy League school. (I can't remember
the one you said)

Also when he wants to talk about other things and seems to see you
as the best thing, turn it around. And tell him to you . He is the
best thing right now. Because he is calling and talking to you. Which
right now you really need. Even if its also something he really needs
and enjoys. So you really, really enjoy it.

Tell him it gives you a feeling that you might be giving someone some
nurturing things.

I personally don't think I nurture others. I just see what they might need.
And I then do it. I also see you doing that for your friends that call you.
So try doing that with Marci a little. You were giving her things, but instead
try talking to her. Asking her some questions.

oh those books are so good donna, real stories that usually make me cry.
Chicken soup for the soul is one of their many chicken books.
Perhaps you could get one for your kindle, do you have a kindle?
not sure.

I think she does. I'm going to look into getting one for my
new fire.

And Bobby, I've; even read the Cats and Dogs one. It was so good.

I have to say, I love them all:
parents, grandparents, teens(heehee), what ever else strikes my fancy.
