it was fine. i still don't have a stomach ache. i had a big hamburger, lots of french fries tomatoes onions and cole slaw and delicious coffee. i don't get it. i still haven't gotten a stomach ache. weird.

i am okay but balance a little worse and a little back pain.
I guess. yesterday i was waiting for the worse pain.kathy took me out to lunch and I ate everything that i have been avoiding because of my ibs-c. I felt fine. Then I didn't take a laxative and this morning had a couple of suppositories and coffee and went. I don't understand. love, bobby |

it did set me back and i had trouble walking two blocks to get my shots and had to take a cab two blocks to get home. i also had to rest a lot at the drug store. i definitely need somebody to go with me when i am outside.
