Red face

what is your dosage bobby? I think it is a small dose so discontinuing it would not be hard, plus you were not taking it for too long.

the dosage was .50 for a little more than three weeks. Thanks for the thumbs up. My bladder problems are now gone and my appetite is back to normal.
I wrote in my last email to my psychiatrist that i went cold turkey and she didn't respond. COWARD. Everywhere on the internet it says taper and not go cold turkey.
I am getting two lobsters today because they are 1/2 price. I have not had lobster in so long. I am curious how my stomach will react. I am also getting three pints of low calorie ice cream. poor stomach.
I think that because I am so old, I want to treat myself. Yesterday I had I think 220 calorie soup with noodles, miso and a tiny bit of tofu. it comes in an envelope and I bought 20 from Vitacost for about 1.50 each. I like it.
I took two bottles of magnesium citrate last night and finally saw the results this morning, .
love you,
bobby who swears by magnesium citrate liquid even if it takes two bottles

Bobby

Have you looked into cellular express. I've seen lots of good reviews
for it. Its the one I plan to use when my AT & T finally stops working
like the internet did. I've used them for over 30 years, AT & T so I'm
not quite ready to try something new.

The other thing is my husband has used from Walmart ugh, theres.
Now I've forgotten its name as I started typing it. I'll have to return when
I remember again. Ugh, I hate this.

Bobby

Your doing your exercises less is honestly a good idea. Just make
sure you do them at least once a day. And let your therapist know
why you aren't doing them as much. They will be fine with it if you
are honest. I don't know what you can do to help with the appetite.

Except the popcorn you already are doing. I love granola bars, and
they seem to help me.

i have over a year's worth of minutes on my tracfone. they are the cheapest beyond a doubt. you can carry the time over. don't know if you have heard of the company. I want a new phone which can use the time and i still have a year.to go. MY phone is too complicated even for robert to use easily.

are you kidding. i wouldn't be in my right mind not to give them to aby. where you get that idea from? I did give my doorman 3 squeeze ups for his kitty. i really lucked out. their prescription food is so expensive. this time i paid about 64 dollars for 8 and a half pounds. eeks. obviously aby eats it too but is for pudge..
fondly,
bobby

We just found out that hazel has acne. three spots on her chin.

jeff is taking her into the vets tomorrow. also to look in her ears
she has been shaking her head and digs in there with her paws
scratching her inner ears some times she cries.
headed to bed.
love bizi
Glad you came back bobby!
