stomach doesn't hurt so ibs hasn't returned just my arm and my right leg again. I was getting out of bed and went to hold on the walker by the bed and maybe lost balance and fell.
when i woke this morning aby was on one of my pillows and we cuddled. can't wait to talk with therapist and finally don't feel that awful anger. Glad i didn't send my former doctor a nasty email. love, bobby |

i forgot Aaron's wife sounds as great as he is. She is Russian and lived here for a year in high school. She is fluent in English and I forgot what other language. Now she is teaching herself Spanish. At my request Aaron sent me a couple of pictures she had recently painted. She is really talented.
They met when the went to graduate school in Germany and married with his whole family coming over the wedding and then had to wait THREE YEARS before the Russian government let her come here. |

the bipolar depression returned a little while ago. i hate it.
yesterday for a while i was listening to Psalms on the internet. I just took flaxseed oil. Flax seeds provide omega-3 fatty acids, which have been known to be mood lifting and possibly help combat depression. Several studies have found that increasing the omega-3 fatty acids in your diet can aid in preventing major depression disorders. i also just took NAC. How much NAC should I take for depression? Oral N-acetylcysteine is safe and well tolerated without any considerable adverse effects. Current evidence supports its use as an adjunctive therapy clinically for psychiatric conditions, administered concomitantly with existing medications, with a recommended dosage between 2000 and 2400 mg/day.Oct 22, 2018 |

i am so itchy all over. it is awful. i just took two antihistamines. i wonder if it was from all the stress i was feeling about Robert.
When anxiety kicks in, your body's stress response can go into overdrive. This can affect your nervous system and cause sensory symptoms like burning or itching of the skin, with or without visible signs. You can experience this sensation anywhere on your skin, including your arms, legs, face, and scalp.May 28, 2019 |

now i am jumping out of my skin. yesterday i weakened and ordered a pint of ice cream and donuts. i was talking to the porter and he said his doctor told him he should be dead or had a stroke because of diabetes and high pressure.. he didn't have any symptoms. he had to have his toe amputated and was in rehab for 2 months. he lost 45 pounds and watches his diet and his a1c is now 6.2. he does take insulin.
i threw out all the donuts. i was very jumpy before i talked him. |
