And then talk to them.


Make it the way you like. Let the father, your father be gone,
but talk to him in heaven. And let him know you miss him.
Remember that when they are gone all the problems they
had, like his drinking should be gone too.

Now if this isn't what you believe then, go with what you believe
afterlife is.

I would make up a couple of nieces or nephews that are with
your brothers too. That maybe come and visit you and call.

They could also be the ones that call and talk to you.

Give the kitties and dogs names. And maybe even adopt
them and make them stuffed ones to enjoy.

i still feel high from what sam said. since he said it i haven't been depressed. i also had a wonderful compliment from Suri who was an Orthodox Jew and married to a rabbi. she said i was the holiest person she ever knew. her daughter told me that that was what Suri had told her. i miss suri so much.

I am still so sorry that Suri died. Does Suri's daughter still call and talk
to you? Wonder if you could figure out a way to come up with a way to
write down Sam's words so you can keep them with you at all times.

on wow. how terrifying. poor guy
i am still feeling effects of last booster. never had allergies and now my nose and eyes bother me and lost energy. i think the magic mushrooms are helping with the energy.
yes i will take the next booster. i think i wrote that i will have shingles shot in two weeks.
did you read the reviews of MagO on amazon? i am rereading a book and really enjoying it.

i wish i were on a mood stabilizer. the best one made my gums hurt and bleed. i also tried some others that didn't work.
i am going to add chia seeds to my oatmeal and buckwheat which i still haven't tried. no more itching.

no stomach ache. just going to use that laxative. gentle. still have to go. will stop drinking the contaminated bottles. did laps in hall and so much easier without stomach ache. still ultra anxious.

i have to email her daughter. we haven't spoken in a while. i will never get over suri's death. i have something she wrote that i read. right now i can't be supportive of her daughter who is wonderful.
I will never forget what sam said to me. my depression came back.
