i don't know why but i am feeling very good. bipolar is tricky. I got a really nice compliment from a friend yesterday. this was the Jewish new year.

I hope things are better today. I'm glad you could get the two blocks
to the drug store. That was the good accomplishment.

Even when having to take a cab back.
