i think having a tablespoon of magnesium citrate powder which i bought on amazon mixed with a lot of water worked. at the same time i took 4 capsules of cape vera aloe or aloe vera-too tired to look it up.

2 exlax did the trick for me this morning I still have to strain alot to go.
my poor colon. how much water are you drinking bobby? I shoot for 64 ounces. I reach that and more some days. they say we should drink as much water as we can thru out the day. I am trying. love bizi

i already freaked out and my nerves are now totally shot. a replacement aide came today and i wanted her to do the wash. i got the card for the machine and was holding it. it has 40 dollars on it. she was doing some other things so i put the card down. then i couldn't find it. i was going crazy. I asked Peggy to look and she found it in a bag of powder right by my bed. i never would have thought to look in the bag.

if marci comes on monday i am going to let her have it. my anger is growing. she really overstepped her boundaries.
I am sure Robert will cash checks for me when i need money which isn't that often and I think Kathy would go to the doctors with me twice a year and maybe i can go to the dentist alone 4 tines a year. marci is undermining my feelings of independence. i have explained to her how important that is to me. rats |

so glad about your kitty. prayers to your mother. my stomach usually always hurts and i think raw vegetables are bad for ibs.. seems like everything is bad for ibs. took two different laxatives last night and so far nothing. SO RELIEVED ABOUT THE SENATE. I GUESS THERE IS SANITY. love, bobby. |

hardly slept. stomach was too painful. high anxiety about an aide coming today to clean. i wasn't able to clean because of my disabilities.
shouldn't have listened to so much news. terrified we are going to loose our democracy, medicare and social security. those wackos are such fiends. there are so many of them and so many stupid, stupid people who don't think beyond their nose. |

that was so sweet. maybe you are the only one. My family was so cruel.. First get your husband to get a rail thing for you bathtub,. it is cheap and fast to install,. there is no excuse whatsoever. medication doesn't seem to work for me so i have just suffered so much through my life. i can't kill myself. i am stuck with the pain and doing stupid and self destructive stuff.
