hardly sleeping, no depression, out of control spending, reckless, ibs very bad so can't exercise , going backwards there, love my therapist and my caseworker, really doing stupid things. right now i am afraid but will probably have coffee, worried to death about pudgy. she had surgery for ulcerated cornea. now no sight in her left eye. giving her eyedrops twice a day. last night i don't know why but she rebelled when i was giving her the drops and wound up hiding. i freaked too.
didn't sleep all night. i found her once and then she hid again. In the afternoon she reappeared and pigged out on food and drank water and returned to pig out some more.
i have been reading more. adore Tolstoy's non fiction. like my psychiatrist a lot.
something else has been going i don't want discuss. a huge thing.
here i go. going to make a cup of coffee and read. i am so overstressed and overtired. tried falling asleep but impossible. pudge stopped hiding after she ate and drank and then ate again.. stomach doesn't hurt right now.

What natural vitamin helps bipolar?
Vitamin C. An older study found that people with bipolar disorder have too much of the mineral vanadium, which factors into mania and depression. Vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid, has been observed to protect the body from damage fueled by too much vanadium.Apr 28, 2021

Bobby

I'm sorry you can't find your medicine. Any chance someone could come help you look. Now about Pudge hiding, heehee this is normal for a child or pet
when they have drops in their eyes. So for this please dont worry because she
is hiding. If anything please just be mad at her because she is not coming out to get her drops for you. Maybe if it starts getting bad you can see if Robert would
come help you put them in.

marci threw them away. I didn't have the energy to pick them up off the floor when they done because i have been so exhausted from not sleeping.
i paid 40 dollars to get a refill. i messaged my doctor to send a prescription for the blood pressure medication and he did.
I cannot laugh at the trouble of giving eyedrops to my precious kitty. i finally got hold of the vet who said that if pudge didn't get them he would probably have to remove the eye. how horrible. 16 and third sedation. She didn't out of hiding until the next late afternoon and pigged out big time on the food, drank water and pigged some more. when she was half asleep i gave her eyedrops and then she became fully awake and didn't freak. marci gave them to her yesterday.
I think
i got 2 hours of sleep. definitely not enough. I AM NOW VERY SCARED OF ALL THE SLEEP DEPRIVATION. ESPECIALLY LOUSY FOR A BIPOLAR.
lately i am also getting the chills.

Bobby,

Keep working on giving her the eye drops. I'm wondering why Marcie
threw away your medicine? I think she would have just put them
on the table for you to decide. I would ask her why she threw them
away. Is it possible for someone from the apartment complex to
help with the drops. Maybe you could pay them.

Keep working on it. Hoping you can get more sleep.
