Default my tdoc called to check on me

Hi,
This morning (11:30 am Monday), my tdoc called to check on me. It's hard for me to see her regularly during the school year.

I gave her the 20 second update about parents' visit at the end of August and my current sleep situation and then told her I was late for work.

She said that she will call in another month and that maybe I/we can find a way to get in to see her.

In August, we got over one of my major sleep hurdles. It took us two freaking years of hypnosis and talk to get past the panic I feel about sleep. In the last 7 weeks or so I have been sleeping peacefully around 2:30/3:00/3:30 am instead of much later when the sun is coming up. She was the only one who could help with the sleep.
